One-on-One, Affordable Tutoring At ULRN, your child will receive one-on-one tutoring in your home. We tutor all grades, K-12 and all subjects. We do not have any contracts or testing fees, and our rates are reasonable and affordable. Whether your child attends public or private school or is being home schooled, we can help!
Friendly, Dependable Tutors Our tutors have a minimum of two years experience teaching and/or tutoring one-on-one. All tutors are certified teachers, college graduates, or are honors college students. We work on academic achievement as well as attitudes toward learning. We promote self-esteem and confidence. Our tutors are friendly and reliable and will find out what motivates your child to succeed and do their best in school.
In the Comfort of Your Own Home Convenient and comfortable surroundings eliminate peer pressure and help your child focus and ask questions. Best of all, you do not have to drive anywhere! We come to you. We tutor seven days a week...after-school, evenings and weekends. We will accommodate whichever works best for you and your family.
Using Your School's Curriculum We tutor from your child's school curriculum and utilize their textbooks, worksheets, homework and project assignments. We will contact their teachers, if necessary and with your permission, to be sure they are on track and we are in tandem with what is happening in the classroom.
THE IN-HOME CONSULTATION This gives us an opportunity to meet you and your child to assess his/her academic requirements, personality and learning style. It gives you an opportunity to show us the curriculum your child is using and to discuss your goals for the tutoring sessions.
